HOW IT WORKS: Students make a profile on InternX. Recruiters filter through students to find the exact, qualified candidates that they want to meet during career fairs. Students get to pick a time during the fair to meet with the recruiter that reached out to them, increasing efficiency and quality connections that lead directly to interviews.
