Indy’s First Conference focused on, Closing the Gender Gap on Women
in Sales & Sales Leadership
Despite the fact that data proves women excel in
sales and women top performers outperform their
male counterparts, the disparity of women in sales
careers continues to grow. We hear a lot about the
gender gaps in STEM and C-Suite careers and the
same holds true for the sales profession. According
to a recent LinkedIn report:
Women represent 39% of the workforce in sales.
Little progress +3% over the past decade.
Only 21% of Vice Presidents in Sales are women.

The intention of the mini conference is to bring this topic to the forefront so we can work together to advance equity and belonging for women in sales careers from CSRs & BDRs to Senior Leadership.
