Meet the work shop presenters:

Ken Martlage

President, Phoenix Images, Inc.

Ken has extensive experience working with collaborative groups and leadership in a wide variety of disciplines, including sales, automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturing, education, federal & local government, commodities, oil discovery and production, banking, systems, human resources, faith-based organizations, not-for-profit, discovery research, product development, engineering, and procurement. He has worked with administrative, technical, mid-level and upper-level managers, top leadership, and board members.

Through his 18-year association with Tercon Consulting, Ken has worked in major capital projects ($10-70 Billion USD) for the top three US oil and gas production companies developing and delivering Leadership, Team, and Individual interventions. He has completed this work in multiple international sites (Singapore, Kuala Lampur, Qatar, United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, and Australia).

Ken has a BS degree in Zoology and a MS degree in Human Physiology from Indiana University. He has done extensive post graduate consulting and organizational work at the Cleveland Gestalt Institute, and the Gestalt International Study Center (Cape Cod).

Kevin Martlage

Kevin Martlage leads organizations through the process of creating cultures that support successful innovation and transformative change. He is adept at translating corporate and executive level strategic plans into efficient and sustainable solutions which allow individuals and teams to be focused on operational excellence, clear expectations, and trust.

With over 25 years of service to corporations and associations, Kevin has supported both domestic and international organizations on the journey from strategy to implementation. He has been employed by Xerox Business Solutions, FedEx Office, Bowne Business Solutions and the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).

Kevin is an accomplished speaker on the importance of professional credentials in the workplace and the oversight, policies and procedures necessary to ensure that programs remain accredited, relevant, and defensible. He is also a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner and has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University
