James E. Page, Jr. is The Nature Conservancy’s Chief Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. As the director of TNC’s new global DEI office, Page will focus efforts on creating solutions at the intersection of diversity, culture, climate, inclusion, and equity. This work is in alignment with the organization’s goals to create a world where people and nature thrive. During his career, Page has worked to develop and implement various diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, promote ethics and diversity at global organizations, and addressed challenges and opportunities related to workforce diversity.
