The Female Techtonic Summit 2025, happening September 16, is a day-long event in central Indiana empowering female tech leaders and engaging male allies to pursue tech pathways and thrive in tech careers.

With a focus on the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in tech— highlighting the unique experiences of female tech leaders — this 2-day summit will feature panel discussions, workshops, and networking with top executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators from Indiana.

Target Audience: This event is targeted towards female IT managers, senior IT leaders and IT executives, CEOs/founders at tech companies, Deans/Leaders/Department Chairs for schools of IT. In the morning sessions, we have robust conversations about tech stacks and practices as well as challenges facing tech managers and leaders in today’s tech ecosystem. There will be a session for attendees to work together to tackle tech challenges.
