Event Description

Leaders from higher education and industry will have the opportunity to learn and discuss how to recruit, hire, and retain the diverse, exceptional talent pool available through Hoosier colleges and universities at the Indiana Talent Forum 2024 on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at Ball State University.

Sponsored by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and Ball State University, the Forum, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., will offer panel discussions featuring local business leaders, higher education administrators and personnel from college and university career centers.

Participants also will have the opportunity to network with professionals across multiple sectors and contribute to strategic planning sessions focused on talent acquisition and retention. They will learn about resources and programs that support hiring and retention efforts, and how Indiana's higher education institutions are partnering with employers to create clear career pathways. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
