Justin began his career in travel. First as a writer, primarily covering Asia for AOL/Huffington Post, and second for Delta Air Lines in Revenue Management. He is an avid traveler and in the process of visiting every country in the world.

During business school at Indiana University, Justin founded Menguin, a digitally native mens clothing rental service. After receiving investment from well-known entrepreneurs such as Mark Cuban and Scott Dorsey, Menguin grew explosively over three years, exiting to menswear icon and founder of Mens Wearhouse, George Zimmer. After this, Justin lead an investment into an experiential retailer called Buff City Soap. As CEO, Justin Delaney grew Buff City Soap by 2000% in enterprise value in one year - leading to a multi-hundred million dollar transaction with General Atlantic. Today, there are nearly 300 Buff City Soaps nationally.

In 2021, Justin Delaney started a fund called Wabi Capital with Brook Smith and Fred Gustafson. The fund typically does control transactions in consumer businesses and currently has eight investments. Justin serves as an active Chairman of most of these businesses.
