Event Description

Join us in 2023 as we kick off a new Community of Practice focused on tech talent and workforce initiatives in Indiana. We want to work together with valued members of the tech ecosystem to drive collective action toward our Mission41K goal: inclusively growing the Indiana tech workforce by 41,000 workers by the year 2030.

 

Ongoing goals of the Community of Practice:

1. Gain peer support and partners for your own talent initiatives
2. Learn from other leaders working on tech talent issues
3. Collectively identify challenges, needs, and opportunities for action
4. Share regular reports and information regarding the tech workforce
5. Orchestrate and drive action, implementation and execution of identified initiatives and solutions
