During this Startup Study Hall, Amy will help you prepare these documents and help you through each step of the process.

BIO OF AMY:
Amy Farrow, CPA, joined NOW CFO in 2019 as a CFO Consultant and now
serves as Partner of the Indianapolis market. Amy has worked as a CFO,
controller, and VP of Finance for a wide variety of industries including
hospitality, non-profit, manufacturing, real estate, education, and
construction. Amy enjoys helping companies develop internal controls,
budgeting, assisting with cash flow analysis, and supporting businesses in times of transition while simultaneously providing solutions to their
challenges. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Amy was the CFO in private industry for 13 years. Amy was the third employee of the company and along with the rest of the team grew the company from startup status to a $40M revenue company, before being purchased by a private equity team.

Amy graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. After graduation, Amy worked at Arthur Andersen & Co, which was previously a Big 6 public accounting firm. Amy and her family moved to Indianapolis in 2023 and love being a part of such a vibrant and welcoming community. Amy was previously a finalist in the Small Private Company division for the Nashville Business Journal CFO Awards.
