BIO OF Mary Beth:

Mary Beth began her career in commercial valuation. She transitioned into property management and lead management of a 500,000SF portfolio consisting of office, industrial and retail properties. In 1996, Mary Beth joined Hines at its 640,000SF facility management account for Thomson Consumer Electronics’ Americas Headquarters, and later was responsible for the 636,500SF management of PNC Center. In 1999, Mary Beth transitioned to brokerage with Cassidy Turley as Principal, Vice President, initially focused on landlord representation with responsibility for such properties as Market Tower, Lockerbie Marketplace and BMO Tower and later transitioning to occupier services. In 2012 she joined CBRE as First Vice President, Tenant Representation CBRE. In 2017, transitioned to corporate real estate to head and build the real estate department of IU Health as the Executive Director. Since 2019, she has continued her practice of tenant representation services with Cresa expanding her focus to include industrial and distribution along with serving long standing clients in office.
