The 2025 Women & Hi Tech Fall Retreat is here!

Join us at the French Lick Resort & Casino as we celebrate the culture of collaboration which has helped women break ground in STEM. Women are 45% more likely to demonstrate empathy in the workplace, and are 86% more likely to use their emotional self-intelligence with competence (KFY). Let's celebrate the legacy of women sharing knowledge and breaking new grounds.

Registration is $325 per attendee and includes one night's stay in a single room at the French Lick Resort and admittance to the Networking Reception, Themed Dinner, and Keynote Brunch.

All members are charged the same rate, however, we have reserved tickets for first-time attendees and board members. If you are part of one of these groups, please register by that ticket type, if spots are still available. If not, just use general registration!

Friday, October 3

• 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Optional activities (on your own)
• 4:00 pm - Hotel Check-in
• 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Networking Reception (Come dressed for the evening)
• 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Famous Female Group or Duo-themed Dinner
  Dress to represent your favorite female duo or girl group! Reach out to your fellow members and let’s make some memories. 

Saturday, October 4

• 8:00 am - 11:00 am - Enjoy the resort activities with old friends and new
• 11:00 am - Hotel check-out (luggage can be left in the back of the brunch room)
• 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Brunch, featuring keynote speaker Monica Johnson, Ph.D.

The retreat programming will begin on the evening of October 3 with a themed dinner. Pair or group up with one or more fellow members to celebrate women in collaboration! Incredible women from across industries are encouraged to be represented. After our themed dinner, you are free to explore and enjoy the amenities of the resort and casino or stay and network over drinks.

Saturday starts off with personal activity or relaxation time prior to brunch. After checking out at 11am, enjoy brunch followed by a keynote presentation by Dr. Monica Johnson, Ph.D.
