Wright Brothers Sibling Rivalry Classic

Event Description

The AUVSI Indiana and AUVSI Wright Brothers (Ohio) Chapters are teaming with the Indiana Department of Homeland Security to bring the Wright Brothers Sibling Rivalry Classic to life!

Wilbur was born in Indiana, and Orville was born in Ohio - hence the birth of a friendly competition between the Indiana and Ohio chapters! This event brings together members and non-members from each state to exchange ideas, learn, build camaraderie, and compete for bragging rights. Each competition will include individual pilot scoring, but most importantly, points will be assessed and tallied for Team Indiana and Team Ohio. Register and prepare to represent your state in the battle of the siblings.

This free to attend event is made possible through the generous coordination by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security and the Indiana State Fairgrounds by adding a third day to the annual IDHS UAV Skills Camp. Registrants are encouraged to take advantage of the UAV Skills Camp by registering separately for that event.

Please note: The event is being held inside the Champions Pavillion located inside the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

The majority of the event is held indoors and is heated. Some mission-based competitions may be held outdoors - please dress appropriately if planning to participate in mission-based competitions. More details to come closer to the event date.
