Orr Fellowship Welcomes New Cohort of Fellows for 2025
INDIANAPOLIS (Dec. 17, 2024) – Orr Fellowship (https://orrfellowship.org/), an early career development program for versatile high-achievers and future-focused businesses in Indianapolis and Evansville, announced today its newest cohort of Fellows for 2025. Seventy-four college seniors have been matched with leading Indiana-based partner companies and will begin their Fellowships upon graduation in January 2025 for December graduates and June 2025 for May graduates.
Since 2001, Orr Fellowship has been helping talented college graduates launch their careers while shaping future Indianapolis business and community leaders with the addition of Evansville (https://orrfellowship.org/establishing-evansville-region-chapter/) this year. Over two years, Fellows gain hands-on experience working full-time with one of 60 partner companies in fields like marketing, consulting, engineering and tech. Beyond their day-to-day roles, Fellows grow through opportunities like hearing from top executives, taking on nonprofit consulting projects and learning essential life skills, such as managing personal finances.
This year’s Fellows, formally selected after Finalist Day interviews in Indianapolis and Evansville, will gain unparalleled career development, an expedited pathway into the Kelley Evening MBA program (https://orrfellowship.org/orr-fellowship-kelley-school-of-business-indianapolis-partner-to-expedite-orr-fellow-pathway-to-kelley-evening-mba-program/), formal leadership training and community building within Indiana’s thriving business ecosystem. The program’s growth ensures a pipeline of qualified talent that directly impacts Indiana’s economic and entrepreneurial landscape.
“We are thrilled to welcome this new group of talented individuals to Orr Fellowship,” said Steven Emch, President of Orr Fellowship. “These Fellows demonstrate the leadership potential and innovative thinking that will drive Indiana’s business community forward.
