UIndy Career Fair and Online Learning Offer New Ways for Employers to Recruit and Upskill Talent
The University of Indianapolis is offering employers several ways to connect with students, strengthen recruiting efforts and support employee development this fall.
Through UIndy Career Services and UIndy Online, employers can register for the Fall All-Majors Career Fair, reserve private on-campus interview space and share a first-course-free online learning opportunity with employees.
Register For The Fall All-Majors Career Fair
Employers looking to recruit interns and full-time talent can register for the UIndy Fall All-Majors Career Fair, scheduled for Wednesday, October 28.
The event is designed to connect employers with UIndy students across academic majors who are seeking internships and full-time opportunities.

Audience: UIndy students from all academic majors seeking internships and full-time roles

Register For The Career FairReserve Private On-Campus Interview Space
Employers can also reserve a private on-campus interview room to meet face-to-face with candidates after the career fair or throughout the recruiting season.
Interview rooms are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm, based on open calendar slots. Reservations are first-come, first-served.
To request an interview date, employers should log into Handshake, select “Interviews,” click “Request Interview Schedule,” choose the University of Indianapolis and submit their preferred date.
Share UIndy Online With Employees
UIndy Online is also offering a workforce development opportunity for employer partners. Employees are eligible to take their first online course free, a $1,200 value.
The program is designed for working professionals, degree completers and employees looking to upskill through flexible, career-focused education.
Programs launching in Fall 2026 include:
- B.S. in Organizational Leadership
- B.S. in Health Sciences
- B.S. in Elementary Education for Paraprofessional Educators
UIndy Online courses are fully online and offered in seven-week formats built for working adults balancing work, family and other commitments. After the first free course, tuition is listed at $400 per credit hour.
