Job Description

Starting Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 – position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. MISO is hiring a CyberArk IAM Engineer II! In this role, you will support the expansion and adoption of the CyberArk application across the organization. You will assist in implementing, configuring, and maintaining CyberArk solutions to help secure accounts and sensitive data.  Your responsibilities will also include helping with system deployment, troubleshooting, end-user support, and integrating CyberArk with Active Directory to enhance access management and security. This role is a great opportunity to enhance your skills in Identity and Access Management (IAM) while collaborating with teams to improve security practices. As MISO’s CyberArk IAM Engineer II, you will:
  • Support projects to develop and deliver new security features within CyberArk
  • Manage password rotations, malfunctions, account creations, changes, integrations, and policy maintenance
  • Maintain vendor relationships for application roadmap understanding, training opportunities, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with business units to determine requirements for improving supported applications
  • Communicate with customers about changes and issues related to the application
  • Stay updated on emerging Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies, cyber threats, and cybersecurity trends.
To be successful in this CyberArk IAM Engineer II role, we are looking for the following:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience of direct CyberArk experience
  • Preferred experience with these CyberArk products: PAM, PSM, CPM, AAM, AIM, PVWA, Vault Administration, Disaster Recovery
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Understanding of the security, performance, and availability of the application, which includes servers, databases, integrations, access controls, back-ups, certificates and logging
  • SQL, SQL-Plus, PL/SQL, and scripting languages
  • CyberArk certification or formal training in Defender, Sentry, or Guardian (preferred)
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience, knowledge, and skills.
