The Helpdesk Support Specialist is responsible for preventative maintenance tasks; supports and troubleshoots computer systems, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment; and provides end-user support throughout the City. Assists in the maintenance of City of Bloomington IT assets, and provides purchasing and inventory support.
