Q3 Recap: Catch up on ‘Featured Company of the Week’ stories
Indiana technology companies continued to scale during the third quarter of 2016. Our Featured Company of the Week profiles highlight an exciting roster of innovations, announcements and growth amongst rapidly emerging companies.
The biggest headline went to Interactive Intelligence and the announcement of their pending acquisition by Genesys, a customer experience and contact center solutions company, for $1.4 billion. This is the second largest acquisition of a technology company in Indiana and will be confirmed in December.
Kinney Group announced a multi-million fundraise that resulted from an introduction during TechPoint’s Winner’s Circle event this past May. Tinderbox rebranded to Octiv this year and announced a fundraise of $4.75 million and plans to add 220 jobs by 2021.
BLASTmedia was named Appirio North America’s public relations agency of record this year, further positioning the public relations powerhouse that helps B2B tech companies scale.
