See Yourself IN High School Summit – 2025

Through its See Yourself IN program, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP) is inspiring Indiana’s high school 
students to explore jobs, industries, and opportunities that they might not have considered or known existed.

On November 13, we will welcome over 200 high school students to the AMP at 16 Tech Innovation District for a day of engaging panel discussions and hands-on demonstrations during the annual See Yourself IN High School Summit. In its third year, this event shines a light on Indiana’s companies, leaders, and young talent working in the state’s fastest growing industries.

CICP hosts the High School Summit alongside its five talent and industry sector initiatives 
(AgriNovus Indiana, Ascend Indiana, BioCrossroads, Conexus Indiana, and TechPoint) and in collaboration with 16 Tech, 
the Indiana Department of Education, and Ivy Tech.

A day of inspiration, exploration, and hands-on experiences designed to open minds to what’s possible in Indiana. From tech innovators and advanced manufacturers to agbioscience leaders and logistics problem-solvers, students get a front-row seat to the people—and the opportunities—shaping the state’s future.
