Emplify announces new VP and more than 30 new jobs in 2018
Emplify, an employee engagement analytics platform, announced Rachel Clark as its new VP of Product and Engineering, as well as its plans to hire more than 30 people this year. Emplify’s products help business leaders recognize how they can help their employees succeed at work. Agile feedback processes and data-driven insights make up the core of Emplify’s offerings.
As Emplify’s new VP of Product and Engineering, Rachel Clark will help the company continue its growth and build Emplify’s product roadmap to scale. Rachel has held leadership roles at Octiv and BidPal (now OneCause). She remains an active board member at The Speak Easy, central Indiana’s first collaborative workspace.

To support its market expansion, Emplify plans to hire more than 30 employees in 2018. The company will seek sales, marketing, customer success, product, and operational support staff. Along with Emplify hiring 23 new employees in 2017, the company is quickly building its employee base. Emplify and its employees have won and been nominated for awards from Techpoint Mira (2013 winner), Indiana Companies to Watch (2014), TechPoint’s “Tech 25,” and Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40,” indicative of the success their team has achieved so far.
