Job Description

Title of Position:  Business Development Representative Organizational Relationship: Reports to Business Development Rep. Manager Job Family: Marketing Managerial Responsibilities: None Classification:  Non-Exempt/Full-Time Location Considerations: Strong preference for candidates residing in Georgia, Utah, or Indiana GENERAL SUMMARY: Sales and marketing professional responsible for making outbound calls and fielding inbound leads to qualify and schedule practice consultations for prospective clients DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Make approximately 80 daily contact attempts from company-provided strategic target lists, and inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Convert all MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads by scheduling consultations with our team of Practice Revenue Advisors.
  • Accurately track all sales-related activities and notes in Salesforce.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and share knowledge and techniques with fellow sales team members.
  • Attend training and ensure comprehensive knowledge of both the value and the technical aspects of the Vyne Dental product offerings.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and keep current on competitors’ offerings and industry trends.
  • Review and approve monthly commission statements in a timely manner.
  • Work with all other departments as needed to achieve overall company goals on sales, customer satisfaction, and client retention.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SECURITY ROLE / RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Protected Health Information (“PHI”): This position may have access to and be responsible for the security of PHI/PI on an incidental basis.
  • Application Admin: This position may have access to and be responsible for securely administering user access to corporate applications.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:  
  • Two years of experience in an inside sales call center preferred, though a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of sales process and customer service.
  • Experience in the dental industry, specifically dental billing and practice management is a plus.
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management is a plus.
  • GSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus.
