GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Content Strategist is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing Vyne Medical’s content strategies to support lead generation, audience engagement, and brand positioning in the healthcare market. This role plays a critical part in creating compelling, industry-relevant content across many touchpoints that aligns with verified trends and customer needs to enhance Vyne Medical’s exposure, relevance, and revenue growth. The Content Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact content that drives lead qualification and revenue goals.
The Content Strategist will work closely with the Medical Marketing team to design and execute content programs. These programs will leverage a variety of content formats—such as articles, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, educational pieces, social media posts, paid media campaigns, and more—and will align with Vyne Medical’s goals for industry events, conferences, and speaking opportunities.
The strategist will also manage Vyne Medical’s content distribution channels and partner relationships, while utilizing tools to optimize content performance, track results, and report on outcomes to the appropriate teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals
- Produce high-quality content, including articles, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, educational pieces, social media posts, paid media campaigns, and more
- Conduct industry research to identify relevant topics and tailor content to address customer needs
- Develop content assets for use in marketing efforts tied to industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Provide direction and leadership for content development to align with overarching marketing objectives
- Support lead nurturing initiatives with strategic content that moves prospects through the sales funnel
- Optimize content based on performance data to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and is optimized for discovery and engagement
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer to ensure that content is not only functional and aligned with objectives, but also visually engaging and enjoyable for the audience.

SECURITY ROLE / RESPONSIBILITY:
- Application Admin: This position may have access to and be responsible for securely administering user access to corporate applications.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with healthcare marketing and knowledge of healthcare industry trends preferred
- Familiarity with content performance tracking and reporting tools
- Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into accessible, engaging content
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work as a team, collaborate cross departmentally, and move projects forward individually
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and willingness take on additional responsibility
- Track record of high performance
- Travel when needed (approx. 1-3 travel trips per year)
