Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Digital Health Strategy Business Unit. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in data modeling, ETL processes Additionally, proficiency in DataBricks, coupled with a strong background in DevOps practices and experience managing ITIL processes using ServiceNow, is essential. This role provides an opportunity to lead impactful projects within a dynamic environment, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable data solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Data Engineering & Workflow Optimization
    • Lead the development and optimization of data engineering workflows within DataBricks.
    • Implement scalable data integration solutions across multiple sources while optimizing performance and storage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
  • Operational Excellence & DevOps Leadership
    • Serve as the Lead Service Manager, driving operational excellence through robust DevOps practices.
    • Manage ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management) using ServiceNow to ensure seamless operations.
    • Define and execute a continuous improvement agenda aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience
    • 5+ years in Data Engineering with a focus on data modeling and ETL processes.
    • Proven proficiency in DataBricks for data engineering solutions.
  • DevOps & ITIL
    • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and hands-on experience managing ITIL processes using ServiceNow.
  • Skills
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across departments.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in healthcare or digital health data management.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage and processing technologies.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
