Job Description

Healthcare Data Science Program – We’re seeking a data science employee to join our clinical analytics team focused on improving outcomes for hemodialysis patients through data-driven insights and predictive modeling.

Position Overview – As a Data Science, you’ll work directly with our clinical data science team to analyze real-world dialysis treatment data, develop predictive models, and create interactive dashboards that help clinicians make more informed decisions about patient care.

Key Responsibilities – Work with clinical and technical teams to develop and validate predictive models for patient outcomes, such as hospitalization risk and treatment response. Clean, transform, and analyze complex clinical datasets containing treatment parameters, lab values, and patient outcomes. Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and clinical trends.

Required Qualifications – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field – Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience using data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) – Understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning fundamentals – Experience with SQL and database querying – Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications – Coursework or projects involving healthcare data analysis – Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) – Knowledge of healthcare analytics or clinical data structures – Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy – Experience with time series analysis and longitudinal data
