Please note: NO Visa assistance provided; must be US Citizen or hold green card The Position: As an important member of the Agile development team, you will play a critical role as an intermediary between clients and development teams, interacting with customers to coordinate their technical requests with project management. Your responsibilities include:

• In this essential position, you will be at the heart of our engineering processes, ensuring seamless project execution, and resource management.
• Review implementation plans: assure that the feasibility of plans is understood and sequenced properly.
• Assess work plans, project estimates, status updates, and resource allocation.
• Interact directly with customers to understand and coordinate technical requests with project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop and execute mitigation strategies.
• Always continue learning and improving your skills and knowledge in this constantly evolving field.

  Your Abilities: This position is ideal for the individual who is progressing in their career and eager for an opportunity to accelerate personal growth. Preferred skills will include:

• Strong knowledge/experience in the use and deployment of Agile Methodologies
• Software development experience with C# or embedded systems
• Experience working in technically complex projects.
• Ability to translate technical requirements, then understand and speak to both technologists and less-technical stakeholders.
• Ideally, knowledge or desire to learn more of IoT and engineering technologies
• Azure and dev/ops exposure is a major “plus”
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communications abilities, and team-oriented mentality
