3-day, whirlwind recruiting event attracts experienced tech pros from out-of-state

As you prepare for your next team huddle, book your next coffee sync, or finalize that next job description, stop to think about who you know who is currently living outside of Indiana, but would be a great addition to our tech community instead.

We all know great people we want to bring back home. We probably also know people we’ve met outside the state who would thrive here in Indiana. Let TechPoint and TMap help you make that happen.

Building on the success of our inaugural red carpet experience in 2019, we’re partnering twice this year on a comprehensive recruitment strategy aimed at bringing experienced tech and tech-relevant professionals to the Hoosier state. You may remember that last year, our efforts enticed nearly 400 applications to join us. This year we, as we walk our talk, we will #BeBold, gather a new cohort group in the next several weeks and cap that experience at the 21st annual Mira Awards gala coming up on April 18.
