The Operations Manager position is a critical role that creates the conditions for excellence across the TechPoint team. Working closely with the Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, this individual will be responsible for managing internal processes, such as technology, budget and people operations. This person will work very closely with our talent, engagement and events team as needs arise. We are looking for a self-directed team player who will take ownership, pride, and initiative in their work. This position will report to the SVP/Chief Operating Officer but will engage regularly with the entire TechPoint team. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week expected.
