As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our team, reaching out to nonprofits through phone and email to uncover the challenges they face in their fundraising processes. You’ll be the driving force behind identifying opportunities for partnership and helping organizations improve their fundraising efforts. Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Initiate Meaningful Conversations: Outbound SDRs will have between 60-80 engaging cold calls daily to build a robust pipeline and create opportunities.
  • Leverage Cutting-Edge Technology: Utilize our tech stack to enhance your outreach, following up calls with personalized emails.
  • Bridge Connections: Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our Sales Executives.
  • Territory Ownership: Take ownership of your designated territory, establishing a pipeline for sustained long-term success.
  • Solution Seeker: Identify the unique needs of prospects and determine if they are willing to invest time and resources to address their challenges.

  • Curiosity and Insight: A genuine listener with innate curiosity and insightful questioning abilities.
  • Sales Proficiency: Proficient in a specific sales methodology and open to embracing and expanding your skills with us.
  • Persona-Driven Expertise: Experience with persona-driven or account-based selling.
  • Tech Mastery: Proficiency in using tech tools and analysis, including Salesforce reporting and Excel.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, vital for our team-oriented work environment.
