VIDEO: Mira Awards Nominee Announcement Fills News Cycle & Social Media
On Tuesday, TechPoint released this year’s nominees for the 19th annual “Best of Tech in Indiana” Mira Awards. The state’s largest and longest-running technology awards program is one of the highlights of the year for high-performance companies, products and individuals in the tech community.
A total of 205 applications were submitted, a new record, and more than 100 nominees will advance to the live judging round where company representatives and individuals will present to the independent judging panels on March 7 and 8. The winners will be announced on Saturday, April 28, at the JW Marriott during “Tech’s Biggest Night” — a black-tie dinner and gala that draws a crowd of 1,000 and sells out quickly.
The public is invited to vote on nominees in three categories — Best Tech Space, Best Tech Event or Best Tech T-Shirt or Swag — until March 15, and these People’s Choice winners will be announced on March 22.
