2019 Inc. 5000 list reveals high-growth Indiana tech companies

This year, 18 privately-held Indiana tech and tech-enabled companies were recognized on the 2019 Inc. 5000 list, an annual collection of the fastest-growing private companies across the U.S. Eleven of the 18 companies have either been nominated or won a Mira Award in past years.

Indy-based Lev has been on the list before, but its ranking at #823 is its historical highest. “It’s exciting to see the hard work and incredible growth Lev has experienced over the last 3 years gain national recognition,” said Michael Burton, Lev’s chief executive officer. “While Lev has accomplished many exciting achievements, we are still striving towards even bigger goals. It’s humbling seeing Lev recognized and celebrated by Inc. 5000 to remind us how far we have come.”

Now in its 38th year, the Inc. 5000 list recognizes the fastest-growing privately-held companies in the U.S based on the rate of revenue growth between 2015 and 2018. The minimum revenue required for 2015 was $100,000; the minimum for 2018 was $2 million. Every company on the list achieved at least 52% growth, with the #1 company reaching 36,680% growth.
